Sionis was the son of a wealthy socialite couple in Gotham, much like Bruce Wayne. For a character that only appeared in one game, Anarky is referenced quite a lot during Arkham Knight. At one point after his defeat, Anarky wanted to work with Batman. He usually preys on young women, but has no qualms over whom he murders. He has been diagnosed as insane and is regularly incarcerated in Arkham Asylum courtesy of Batman, breaking out on occasion to carry on killing.
Killer Croc was one of only four villains to appear in all the Arkham games. The other three were: Joker, Riddler, and Harley Quinn.
Although the Riddler never physically appeared in Arkham Asylum, he still played a big part of the game.
